Shipping Information

 Shipping Information

Order Placement:

1.  Once the order is placed with DALCO Kitchens your credit card will be charged for the amount of purchase.

2. If you realize that an error has been made you must email us within 24 hrs. so we can edit your order.

3. We will review your order and may call you to verify certain items if we think it is necessary to make sure their are no mistakes.

Back orders:

1.  An item may be out of stock, backordered, or discontinued in which case you will be notified. Any items which are out of stock or backordered will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns:

1.  Any changes must be made in writing.

2.  Changes or cancellations made after an order has been pulled will incur a 25% restocking fee and if order has already been picked up by the freight company applicable freight charges will be applied.

3.  All returns must be pre-approved by DALCO Kitchens, customer will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred by DALCO Kitchens for returned items.

4.  Assembled cabinets are not accepted for returns.

Replacement Parts: 

1.  DALCO Kitchens will replace only the pieces damaged in shipment, not the entire cabinet.

2.  Pictures are required for damaged pieces and a request in writing is required for replacement parts.

3.  Qualified damaged parts will be shipped at no charge.

4.  All damage and replacement claims must be made in writing within 7 days after receiving merchandise. 

5.  All replacement request must be submitted before cabinets are assenbled, installed, or altered.


1.  Orders are shipped via common carrier at the choosing of DALCO Kitchens.

2.  Commercial or residential delivery as well as any special requirements such as a lift gate, a phone call before delivery, narrow street, gated community, etc. need to be specified at time of order.

3.  Customer is responsible for any additional freight charges incurred due to special handling not noted on order.

4.  Once an order has been shipped you will be sent your freight information.


1.  A person over 18 years old must recieve, inspect and sign for all deliveries.  All deliveries are curbside, it is advised to have two persons available to accept delivery. The signature on the delivery is your acknowledgement that the order is complete and in good condition.

2.  The quanity of pallets and pieces should be checked against the delivery receipt supplied by the driver before signing, DALCO Kitchens will not be responsible for shortages if delivery receipt is signed without notation, accepting order as complete.

3.  Note any discrepancies or damage on the delivery receipt and notify DALCO KItchens immediately.

4.  All damaged items must be kept for inspection by the freight company for up to 9 months.

5.  Concealed damage: Sometimes damage is not seen until you open the box, open all boxes within 7 days of delivery, notify DALCO Kitchens of any damage immediately, if 7 days pass we cannot honor your claim.
